Our history reveals why
you can rely on us.

Nippon Shindo was founded in 1938 in Sakai City, Osaka, Japan. Since that time, we have made every effort to improve our production processes and equipment, increasing our technological ability in an incessant drive to provide the best products in our field. At this point we have established a strong position in Japan as a leading manufacturer of brass rods and wires, with vigorous support from our many customers. In March 2015, we joined the CK San-Etsu Group. This will help us expand our wrought copper business even further and take full advantage of the technical know-how we’ve accumulated through years of experience in this field.

Our corporate emblem represents Nippon Shindo Co., Ltd. as a growing enterprise.

The current corporate emblem was created in 1946. It shows Mt. Fuji, a beloved symbol of Japan, combined with the rising sun, an immortal source of energy. This emblem expresses the impact that is created when conflicting elements, such as stillness and dynamism or heat and cold are harmonized in a beautiful way.
