High quality is obtained by selecting raw materials carefully and making thorough inspections
Only raw materials that have passed our strict chemical analysis inspection are used.
They are melted and cast to achieve a specified chemical composition.
The molten alloy is then inspected for ingredients using a fluorescent X-ray device.
The alloy that has passed the inspection is sent to the next process where it is hot extruded and then put through an internal defect inspection.
The product thus produced is also subject to dimensional and appearance inspections for damage or bends as it passes through the final drawing process.

- We evaluate the environmental impact that our activities and products have on the environment as well as the conformity of our product to our quality requirements. We continue to improve our integrated management system for achieving quality and preserving the environment.
- We observe all laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and other agreements about quality and environment preservation. We also set up a voluntary environmental control standard for environmental preservation and make efforts to prevent pollution and preserving the environment.
- We established and pursue the following objectives about product quality and preserving the environment through our activities, product manufacture and delivery of services.

- （３）We strive to improve people’s work life by trying to reduce the need for night-shift work and their home life by making sure employees have annual paid leave as specified by the relevant laws.
- （４）We promote the improvement of productivity and better production yield rates as well as resource and energy savings.
- （５）We exert our best efforts to produce products that do not contain substances that are harmful to the environment.
- （６）We make efficient use of human resources by requesting our machine suppliers and subcontractor to give training courses to our employees.
- We have developed an integrated management system and we improve it continually through our PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action) cycle. This helps us achieve our quality and environmental objectives and targets.
- We document our quality and environmental preservation policies and operate under them effectively. In addition, we communicate them to all the employees through in-house education and enlightenment activities, in order to improve awareness and achieve better customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of our stakeholders.
